According to the official, the Dominican Republic is experiencing a reality today that is significantly better than what was recorded before the year 2020.<\/p>\n\n
Paliza emphasized that, despite criticism from opposition sectors, progress in various areas of national development is evident. The minister highlighted that the administration’s focus has been to respond effectively to the most urgent demands of the citizenry.<\/p>\n\n
One of the central topics addressed by the official was the situation of the national electrical system. Paliza assured that the country has a greater energy supply and that the 24-hour circuits remain operational in a large part of the territory. However, he admitted that significant challenges persist in the distribution and commercialization of the service.<\/p>\n\n

Regarding infrastructure, the government highlighted the execution of approximately 3,000 public works. - Food security:<\/strong> The expansion of the Economic Canteens was highlighted, which went from 30 establishments in 2020 to 163 today, serving nearly 200,000 daily rations.<\/li>\n

Despite the progress, the Minister of the Presidency was emphatic in acknowledging that the Government maintains a self-critical stance. Public education and the efficiency of the electrical service remain the main pending issues on the official agenda.<\/p>\n\n
Regarding education, Paliza pointed out that the goal is not just basic academic training, but the technical specialization of young people so that they respond to the real needs of the labor market and the productive apparatus.
