The electoral body notified the firm via a bailiff&#8217;s act, arguing that the results were published outside the legal deadlines established for this type of measurement for electoral purposes.<\/p>\n\n<p>The conflict arises from the so-called &#8220;National Public Opinion Poll,&#8221; released by the polling firm on August 6th. According to the JCE, this action contravenes the current regulations governing the matter, as the publication was made before the formal start of the pre-campaign period.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Electoral regulations and current deadlines<\/h2>\n\n<p>The electoral institution stressed that, under the current schedule, the pre-campaign for the 2028 elections will not begin until July 4, 2027.
