The plaintiff sought to halt the application of Resolution 01-2026, issued by the Central Electoral Board (JCE), which establishes the criteria for the distribution of state economic resources allocated to political parties, groups, and movements for the current year.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Judicial decision details<\/h3>\n\n<p>After analyzing the file, the magistrates determined that the petition did not meet the necessary legal requirements to proceed with a provisional suspension, in accordance with the provisions of Article 160 of the Regulations for Contentious Electoral Procedures.
