Baltimore Orioles Rout Texas Rangers on Summer Night<\/h2>\n\nOn a hot summer night, with temperatures exceeding 37\u00b0C, the Baltimore Orioles unleashed their offensive power and relied on a solid performance from the mound to defeat the Texas Rangers 6-0 this Monday at Oriole Park at Camden Yards.\nTrevor Rogers<\/strong>, in his first home start with the Baltimore team, dominated the Texas offense. He allowed only three hits in eight innings, marking his longest outing of the season and the most extensive for an Orioles starter so far this year. The left-handed pitcher threw 101 pitches, 72 of them in the strike zone, without conceding walks and striking out four batters.\n\n

Ram\u00f3n Ur\u00edas<\/strong> added a run batted in, while Dominicans Ram\u00f3n Laureano<\/strong> and Gary S\u00e1nchez<\/strong> added hits in the victory.\nTexas’ opener, Patrick Corbin (4-7)<\/strong>, struggled against the Orioles’ offense, allowing five runs and nine hits in five innings.\nRogers, who arrived in Baltimore in a trade from the Marlins last July, continues to seek to regain the form that led him to be runner-up for Rookie of the Year in 2021.\n\n
