They are baseball men with extensive experience, great work capacity and experience at the highest levels of the game. We are convinced that they will be important pieces to achieve the objectives of our organization.<\/p><cite>Jaylon Pimentel, General Manager of the Gigantes del Cibao<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\nMiguel Cairo, 52 years old, has an extensive career in professional baseball, after playing 17 seasons in Major Leagues with nine organizations. He currently serves as infield coach for the Baltimore Orioles.\n\nIn winter baseball, Cairo managed the Navegantes del Magallanes in the 2023-24 season of the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League.\n\nRafael Ch\u00e1vez, the new pitching coach, has extensive experience in Major League organizations. He currently works as a pitching coordinator in the minor leagues with the Pittsburgh Pirates.\n\nJos\u00e9 Javier, the new bench coach, has developed his career in the minor league system of the New York Yankees.
