The match, held at the Arena Oscar Gobaira, was a display of skill and precision by the Santiago team.\n\nWith this triumph, the Metros reach an 11-2 record, sharing the lead of the standings with the Gigantes Basketball Club. In addition, they maintain their undefeated home record with an impressive 6-0 and complete the sweep of the series against the Leones, whom they also defeated on April 21st.\n\nThe key to the Metros&#8217; success was their exceptional performance in three-point shots, making 17 of 35 attempts, which translates to 49% effectiveness. Likewise, they achieved 56% accuracy in field goals and demonstrated exemplary team play with 32 assists. The defense was also key, forcing 15 turnovers from the Leones.\n\nBrahiam M\u00e9ndez led the offense with 18 points, followed by Anthony Fairley with 16. Raimer Santana contributed 15 points, 7 assists and 4 rebounds, while Jordan Hall also scored 15 points and dished out 6 assists. Tony Cracknell and Oliver Garc\u00eda added 12 points each, and Adris De Le\u00f3n achieved 11 points, 10 assists and 3 steals, on a special day marked by the birth of his daughter Abril. Florent Thamba contributed 12 points and 11 rebounds.\n\nFor the Leones, Gerardo Suero stood out with 16 points, 7 assists, and 6 rebounds. Romaine Thomas and Jos\u00e9 Liriano scored 15 points each, while Brayan Savi\u00f1\u00f3n and Reggie Quezada contributed 14 points each. Kerry Richardson also contributed with 14 points and 10 rebounds.\n\nThe first quarter was dominated by the Metros, who, fueled by 8 three-pointers in 12 attempts, achieved a 42-22 lead.
