The event, held this Monday, brought together key figures from the sport, sponsors, family members, and fans, who witnessed the launch of this promising project.\n\nThe team, made up of young talents between 16 and 21 years old, promises to be a breeding ground for stars for national baseball. The presentation served to introduce the players, as well as the management and operational staff leading this ambitious sports project.\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Team of Leadership and Experience<\/h2>\n\n\nThe management team is headed by Eugenio B\u00e1ez, who serves as president and general manager, accompanied by a team dedicated to fostering excellence and the integral development of the athletes. The structure is complemented by Dennia Cuello as Vice President of Technical Work; Rafael Perdomo, Vice President of Operations; H\u00e9ctor Asencio, Director of Baseball Operations; Lisvez Figuereo, executive assistant; and Evelio Lantigua, Carolina Gonz\u00e1lez and Walky Lara, who make up the logistics team.\n\nThe management of strategies and communications will be in charge of journalist Yaniris Febrillet, while Michelle Morla will assume the role of team manager.
