NEW YORK \u2013 Right-handed pitcher Cam Schlittler delivered a dominant performance this Friday, leading the New York Yankees to victory against the Kansas City Royals at Yankee Stadium.<\/p>\n
After a previous outing that generated frustration, Schlittler responded with authority, demonstrating his ability on the mound.<\/p>\n
The young pitcher retired the first eleven batters he faced, maintaining control of the game for more than six innings.<\/p>\n
During his performance, he allowed only three hits and one unearned run, giving up two walks and striking out six opponents.<\/p>\n
