The event, which promises to be a sporting spectacle, is scheduled to begin on Friday, May 22nd of this year and will have the Seaboard Cup as a prize.\n\nThe dedication of this edition falls on Do\u00f1a Milagros Ortiz Bosch, a prominent figure in Dominican politics and current general director of Governmental Ethics and Integrity (DIGEIG).\n\nEdwin Castillo (Tatico), president of Abadina, offered details about the competition, where the clubs San Carlos, current champion, will face Mauricio B\u00e1ez, San L\u00e1zaro and La Ci\u00e9nega. The matches will take place in the sports center of the Ensanche Luper\u00f3n club.\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>On the opening day, La Ci\u00e9naga and San L\u00e1zaro will face each other, followed by the opening ceremony and the match between San Carlos and Mauricio B\u00e1ez.<\/p><cite>Edwin Castillo, President of Abadina<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\nThe official presentation took place in the James Rodr\u00edguez conference hall of the Ministry of Sports. It was attended by important figures from the sports and political fields.\n\nDuring the press conference, the appointment of congresswoman Melina S\u00e1nchez as president of the TBS Women&#8217;s 2026 Organizing Committee was announced. In addition, the realization of an All-Star Game was communicated.\n\nCarlos Ger\u00f3nimo informed about the match schedule, which will be played on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 6:00 PM, and Saturdays with a double header from 4:00 PM. Teams can have two national reinforcements and two U20 players.\n\nThe regular season will consist of three rounds, with each team playing nine games. The team that obtains first place will advance directly to the final, while the second and third place teams will play a best-of-3-2 semifinal.
