The competition will take place from April 16 to 18 at the Fencing Pavilion of the Olympic Center.\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A high-competition event<\/h2>\n\n\nThis championship will bring together more than 165 athletes from over 20 countries in Central America and the Caribbean. Competitors will face off in an intense battle to secure their qualification for the Regional Games to be held in Santo Domingo.\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>The tournament will define a total of 144 spots \u2014in both branches\u2014 for the 2026 Games.<\/p><cite>Jos\u00e9 Luis Ram\u00edrez, President of the Federation<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\nJos\u00e9 Luis Ram\u00edrez, president of the federation, confirmed the presence of Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00eda Ma\u00f1\u00f3n, head of the Pan American Karate Confederation, and his team.
