The Grizzlies explored the possibility of trading him before the February deadline, but didn&#8217;t find much interest from other teams.<\/p>\n<p>Morant&#8217;s elbow injury occurred on January 21, in the second game he played after returning from a two-week absence due to calf discomfort.<\/p>\n<p>According to the team, Morant recently consulted about how to treat persistent elbow discomfort. It was recommended that he receive a platelet-rich plasma injection to optimize ligament healing. He is expected to be ready for the start of the 2026-27 season.<\/p>\n<p>Morant has played a total of only 79 games in the last three seasons due to multiple suspensions and various injuries.
