This action reinforces the organization&#8217;s ongoing commitment to supporting social causes in the Dominican Republic.\n\nThe delivery act was attended by Joel Lithgow, director of the Yankees for Latin America, and Melissa Hernandez, assistant player development and education of the organization.\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n\n<p>&#8220;With this donation we are supporting FACCI in the great work they do. Our mission together with FACCI is that every child with cancer has the opportunity to face their illness with dignity and win this battle,&#8221; expressed Lithgow.<\/p>\n\n<cite>Joel Lithgow<\/cite>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\nFACCI is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life and increasing the survival rate of children diagnosed with cancer.
