Abadina Announces Second Division Basketball Tournament in Honor of Jos\u00e9 Heredia Castillo<\/h2>\n\nThe National District Basketball Association (Abadina) has officially announced the celebration of the Jos\u00e9 Heredia Castillo Second Division Basketball Tournament.
