This Sunday, the teams of Club Los Mina and Caminantes de Los Alcarrizos achieved crucial victories, consolidating themselves in the leading positions of their respective groups.\n\nThese results leave Los Mina and Club Calero de Villa Duarte tied at the top of Group A with a 2-1 record. On the other hand, Caminantes and Trenes de Santo Domingo Norte also share first place in Group B, both with the same 2-1 mark.\n\nThe Sunday event took place at the sports complex of the Ozama Club, in Santo Domingo Este. The tournament, which pays tribute to President Luis Abinader, has captured the attention of basketball fans in the province.\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Los Mina defeats Caobas City<\/h2>\n\n\nThe Los Mina team demonstrated their offensive power, led by reinforcement Jerry Flores, who scored 23 points. The final score was 93-86 in favor of Los Mina over Caobas City.\n\nIn addition to Flores, Bryan Luciano contributed 17 points and six rebounds, while Willy Batista added 16 units and Yasuel Batista contributed 12.\n\nOn behalf of Caobas City, Ezequiel P\u00e9rez stood out with a double-double, recording 28 points and 10 rebounds. Brayan Beato contributed 24 points and seven rebounds. Kelvin Ram\u00edrez and Yefri Brito also had outstanding performances, with 12 and 11 points respectively.\n\n<h2>Walkers defeats Calero and takes away their undefeated record<\/h2>\n\nIn the second game of the day, Caminantes de Los Alcarrizos defeated Club Calero de Villa Duarte with a score of 86-82, breaking Calero&#8217;s undefeated streak in the tournament.\n\nLuis Manuel L\u00f3pez led the Caminantes offense with 25 points. Anderson Mirambeaux contributed 12 points and seven rebounds, while Nargenis Ulloa also scored 12 units. Jostin Rodr\u00edguez and Ronny Mateo finished with 11 points each.\n\nBy Calero, Ronald Garc\u00eda was the top scorer with 19 points, followed by Anferni Acevedo with 18. Jeison Rivera contributed 16 points and six rebounds, and Axel Goris added 11.\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Upcoming Meetings<\/h2>\n\n\nThe action of the TBS Santo Domingo 2026 will continue this Tuesday with a double header at the sports complex of the Club Calero in Villa Duarte.
