Albert Pujols Highlights Brayan Bello’s Performance and the Dominican Offense in the World Baseball Classic<\/h2>\n\nMiami \u2013 The manager of the Dominican Republic Baseball Team, Albert Pujols, expressed his satisfaction with the performance of pitcher Brayan Bello and the team’s consistent offense after the 10-1 victory over Israel in the World Baseball Classic.\n\nPujols explained that Bello was initially planned to pitch four innings, but due to his good performance on the mound, his participation was extended.\n\n\n

We left him one more inning because he had more than 40 pitches in the fourth inning and we wanted four innings from him, but he felt very good and told me he wanted to pitch five innings. He did a tremendous job and kept the Israeli hitters off balance.<\/p>Albert Pujols<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\nThe Dominican strategist also referred to the home run that Bello allowed, highlighting that the pitcher took responsibility and acknowledged that the pitch was a strategic error.\n\n\n

He felt bad about that home run, but I told him to take it as a learning moment. These are experiences that will help him in the future because he is going to be very successful in the Major Leagues.<\/p>Albert Pujols<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\nBello completed five solid innings, allowing only one run and contributing significantly to the victory that secured the pass to the quarterfinals.\n\nPujols highlighted the team’s structure and the coaching staff’s work to build a balanced roster.\n\n\n

Our idea was to build a team that could cover every area during the tournament and give all the guys the opportunity to participate.<\/p>Albert Pujols<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\nRegarding the Dominican offense, which has scored ten or more runs in three consecutive games, Pujols stated that it was the expected performance of the team.\n\n\n

When you look at the team we have, that’s the offense everyone expected.
