It was in this section where Pira launched a crucial attack, securing the victory.\n\nHis teammate, C\u00e9sar Paredes, and Jorge Abreu, from the R2R Cycling Team, reached the finish line in second and third place, respectively.\n\nWilmar Paredes, from Team Medell\u00edn, finished in fourth position, 16 seconds behind the winner, which allowed him to ascend to the leadership of the general classification with an accumulated time of 8:54.52.
