San Francisco de Macor\u00eds \u2013 Los Gigantes del Cibao have announced the incorporation of right-handed pitcher Hu\u00e1scar Brazob\u00e1n, who has agreed as a free agent to continue his career with the team in the upcoming season of the Dominican Republic Professional Baseball League.<\/p>\n
Brazob\u00e1n, 36 years old and originally from Santo Domingo, will continue to defend the colors of the northeastern team. He has been a constant member of the team for the last five seasons, since his arrival in 2021, establishing himself as a fundamental element in the bullpen.<\/p>\n
In the regular season, the right-hander has a 2-2 record, with an ERA of 2.17 in 51 games. In 45.2 innings of work, he has allowed 26 hits, 20 walks, and has managed to strike out 53 batters, showing a solid WHIP of 1.01.<\/p>\n
