In the last three seasons, he served as a bench coach for the Tigres del Licey, including the most recent season.\n\nPreviously, he was part of the technical staff of the Toros del Este, where he worked for six seasons as a third base coach, four as a bench coach and three as an assistant to the general manager.\n\nIn the realm of organized baseball in the United States, Borg is linked to the San Francisco Giants organization.
