This last entity would be responsible for supervising and approving the preliminary test.\n\nThe revelation came during a visit to inspect the works of the new circuit, located in the fairgrounds and the Valdebebas neighborhood.\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>&#8220;Our idea is to hold a lower-level race before September 11th to test that the cars pass and that what happened in Las Vegas doesn&#8217;t happen to us&#8221;<\/p><cite>Jos\u00e9 Vicente de los Mozos, President of the Executive Committee of Ifema<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\nDe los Mozos referred to the incident that occurred at the Las Vegas urban Grand Prix last November, where a manhole cover caused the interruption of the training sessions.\n\nAccording to the Ifema executive, the planning of this event is being coordinated between the circuit management, known as Madring, the Motorsport Federation and the High Council for Sports.","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Madrid &#8211; The organizers of the Madrid circuit, venue for the Spanish Formula One Grand Prix from September 11 to 13, plan to hold a national race before the main event.
