Ko signed a card of 67 strokes, five under par, which put her in a tie for the lead alongside Lottie Woad.\n\nKo, Hilton Grand Vacations ambassador and 2024 tournament winner, is the only player in the field of 39 women who has not made a bogey in the first two days. The Hall of Fame member has 23 LPGA Tour victories.\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n\n<p>\u201cI had to make some good putts for par, but I haven\u2019t really put myself in too many difficult positions so far,\u201d Ko, of New Zealand, said. \u201cI think that\u2019s the reason why I had two bogey-free rounds. I hope to continue that good momentum this weekend.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<cite>Lydia Ko<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\nWoad, for his part, completed the round with 69 strokes, tying Ko with a total of 8 under par (136 strokes). The weather conditions were mostly sunny, with winds up to 12 mph and a temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit.\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n\n<p>\u201cI looked at the leaderboard quite a bit today because it was bothering me,\u201d Woad said. \u201cIt seemed like there weren\u2019t many low scores out there, so I knew I was still in the fight. The pins were probably a little more difficult, so there weren\u2019t as many birdies as yesterday.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<cite>Lottie Woad<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\nThe 22-year-old English golfer, Woad, won the ISPS Handa Women&#8217;s Scottish Open last year, weeks after taking the KPMG Women&#8217;s Irish Open as an amateur on the Ladies European Tour.\n\nNasa Hataoka and Amy Yang were one stroke behind the leaders.\n\nDefending champion A Lim Kim is at six under par.
