Kennedy, Josefa Brea, Mexico, M\u00e1ximo G\u00f3mez and the capital&#8217;s malec\u00f3n, culminating again in the stadium after 7:00 at night.\n\nThe caravan included the participation of players, coaching staff, directors, family members, the mascot Rufo, and team personnel, who were accompanied by a multitude of vehicles and motorcycles with fans displaying red flags and celebrating enthusiastically.\n\nLeading the celebration were leader Ram\u00f3n Santiago, general manager Carlos Pe\u00f1a and outstanding players such as S\u00f3crates Brito, Franchy Cordero, H\u00e9ctor Rodr\u00edguez, Yamaico Navarro, Jos\u00e9 Marmolejos and Jimmy Paredes, among others.\n\nAlso present were senior executives from the Escogido Baseball Club, including its president Eduardo Najri; executive vice president and treasurer Fernando Armenteros, and director Jos\u00e9 Miguel Bonetti Du Breil.\n\nNow, the Leones del Escogido are preparing for the Caribbean Series, where they will seek the two-time championship and add their sixth Caribbean title for the Dominican Republic.","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Leones del Escogido celebrate their championship with a triumphant caravan Santo Domingo \u2013 Los Leones del Escogido celebrated their 18th championship in a big way with a vibrant caravan that toured the main streets of the capital, gathering thousands of fans who joined the party.
