Andr\u00e9s F\u00e9lix: A Dominican Pride in Europe<\/h2>\n\nDuring the event, Andr\u00e9s F\u00e9lix, player of the National Basketball Team and Real Madrid, shared his feelings about representing the Dominican Republic in one of the most competitive leagues in European basketball.\n\n

I feel very happy and grateful to God for the opportunity to be here and be part of this space that represents our country in Spain. Dominican basketball continues to grow a lot. Every day we see more players joining the European level and that speaks very well of the work that is being done. Personally, I feel comfortable with Real Madrid, improving every day and contributing more efficiently to the team.<\/p>Andr\u00e9s F\u00e9lix<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\nThe guard also valued facing compatriots like Jean Montero, from Valencia Basket, as an achievement, highlighting the pride of seeing Dominicans competing at the highest level.\n\n

Sharing in the selection and then facing each other as rivals in Europe is a source of pride. Each one represents the country from their team and that strengthens Dominican basketball.<\/p>Andr\u00e9s F\u00e9lix<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\nLikewise, F\u00e9lix addressed the development of young talents such as Yaxel P\u00e9rez, emphasizing the importance of guidance, discipline, and support on and off the court.\n\n

As a team and as a country we must support our players, guide them on the right path.
