The ceremony took place on the front esplanade of the Ministry of Defense.\n\nDuring the event, the minister received the torch with the sports fire, a symbol that will mark the beginning of the tour through the military institutions that will participate in the competition.\n\nThe torch was delivered by Brigadier General Ra\u00fal Esteban Mora Hern\u00e1ndez, president of the Board of Directors of the Sports Confederation of the Armed Forces and the National Police. Mora Hern\u00e1ndez emphasized the relevance of the event as a space to foster camaraderie, discipline, and sportsmanship among the armed forces.\n\nThe ceremony included the raising of the national flag, accompanied by the flags of the military institutions, in an atmosphere that highlighted patriotic and sporting values.\n\nBrigadier General Euler E. Sierra P\u00e9rez, FARD, was sworn in as president of the Organizing Committee. Mercedes Tena, ARD<\/li>\n<li>Paratrooper Lieutenant Colonel Jonathan Almonte Feliz, FARD<\/li>\n<li>Lieutenant Colonel Sergio La Hoz V\u00e1squez, PN<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\nParatrooper Captain Sim\u00f3n Lizardo Roa, FARD, was appointed as technical director of the games.
