The game where Las Vegas defeated Phoenix with a score of 89-86 on Friday night, drew an average audience of 1.9 million viewers.This impressive number represents a 62% increase compared to Game 1 of the previous season, which pitted New York against Minnesota.
The peak audience during the game reached 2.5 million viewers. To date, only the 1997 championship, which was decided in a single match, has recorded a higher number of spectators. The viewership data for Game 2 has not been released yet.
