Paige Bueckers Misses Matchup Against Liberty Due to Injury

The rookie star of the Dallas Wings, Paige Bueckers, will not participate in the next game against the New York Liberty due to a back injury that required treatment in the previous match. Bueckers, who was listed as questionable the day before the game, will not be present for Friday night’s game in Texas. During the second half of Tuesday’s game, in which the Wings suffered an 85-76 defeat to the Liberty, Bueckers had to retire to the locker room for treatment. Despite this, she returned to the bench and played in the final quarter.

After Tuesday’s game, the player, chosen in the first position of this year’s draft, stated that she felt tension while dribbling the ball and believes she has a muscle strain in her back.
