Zverev and Alcaraz Advance in the Italian Open
The current champion, Alexander Zverev, demonstrated his dominance at the Italian Open by defeating Lithuanian qualifier Vilius Gaubas in straight sets.
Zverev, currently number 2 in the world, secured his victory with a score of 6-4, 6-0 in the third-round match in Rome. His next challenge will be against the French player Arthur Fils.

Sabalenka and Gauff Secure Their Place in the Women’s Next Round
In the women’s bracket, world number one Aryna Sabalenka came back from a set down to defeat Sofia Kenin.
Kenin, seeded number 31, won the first set 6-3, but Sabalenka reacted strongly to win the next two sets with the same score.
US Open champion Sabalenka will play against Ukrainian Marta Kostyuk in the next round.
Coco Gauff also secured her spot, winning in straight sets against Magda Linette with a score of 7-5, 6-3.
Emma Raducanu, former US Open champion, overcame a difficult first set against Veronika Kudermetova and managed to win with scores of 5-7, 6-0, 6-1.
Gauff and Raducanu will face each other in the next round of the tournament.
