Rybakina Conquers the Ningbo Open with an Epic Comeback

NINGBO, China – Elena Rybakina demonstrated her composure and talent by coming back from a set down to defeat Ekaterina Alexandrova in the final of the Ningbo Open. The final score was 3-6, 6-0, and 6-2, thus securing her tenth WTA title. The tennis player, seeded number three, had a hesitant start, losing the first set to her Russian rival. However, Rybakina reacted with determination in the second set, showing absolute dominance that led her to win nine consecutive games. In total, she connected 11 aces, sealing her victory.

This triumph represents Rybakina’s second title so far this year. This victory propels the Kazakh player on her path to the WTA Finals to be held in Riyadh in November.
