Rybakina Conquers the Ningbo Open with an Epic Comeback

NINGBO, China – Elena Rybakina demonstrated her composure and talent by coming back from a set down to defeat Ekaterina Alexandrova in the Ningbo Open final. The Kazakhstani tennis player won with scores of 3-6, 6-0, 6-2, securing her tenth WTA title. The match, which was played on Sunday, saw Rybakina, seeded number three, start with some difficulty, reaching 4-1 down in the first set against her Russian opponent. However, Rybakina’s reaction was forceful. She dominated the second set and continued her momentum in the third, overcoming Alexandrova, who was the fourth seed. Rybakina hit 11 aces and won nine consecutive games, demonstrating her adaptability and mental strength in crucial moments.
