Ghanaian midfielder Thomas Partey is preparing to leave Arsenal, according to sources close to the club.
Partey, whose contract with the “Gunners” expires in June, will not renew with the team led by Mikel Arteta.
Negotiations for a possible contract extension are stalled, indicating his departure on June 30.
The player has awakened the interest of several clubs, including Turkish teams. There has also been speculation about possible interest from Barcelona.
Partey arrived at Arsenal in 2020 from Atletico Madrid, becoming a key player in Arteta’s scheme and contributing to the team’s fight for the title.
During his time at the club, he has played more than 160 matches and scored nine goals.
