Newcastle United secures Anthony Elanga for £55 million
Newcastle United have reached an agreement with Nottingham Forest for £55 million to sign winger Anthony Elanga, according to sources.
Elanga joined Forest from Manchester United in July 2023, and has since played 82 matches.
The player participated in all 38 Premier League matches last season, in which the club narrowly missed out on qualifying for the Champions League.
The arrival of the winger would be a statement of intent for the Tyneside club, which is interested in strengthening its squad.
