Garnacho, who was informed that he could leave United this summer, has not participated in the team since the end of last season. He was excluded from the pre-season tour in the United States to train with other teammates who are not in the team’s plans.

Although Rashford completed a season-long loan move to Barcelona last month, United have failed to offload other players. Garnacho rejected an offer from Bayern Munich earlier this month, making it clear that he only wanted to leave Old Trafford for Chelsea.
The Stamford Bridge club had shown interest in signing Garnacho during the January transfer window, but the deal did not materialize.Chelsea were interested in signing the 21-year-old player earlier this summer, but sources indicate that Enzo Maresca’s team was only willing to pay £30 million (40 million dollars) for Garnacho, while United valued the player at £50 million (67 million dollars).
