Kevin Sinfield has expressed his unconditional support after learning of the diagnosis of motor neuron disease (MND) of former England rugby captain Lewis Moody. Sinfield, who has been a staunch advocate in the fight against CJD, has expressed his commitment to provide support in any way he can. Since his friend and teammate at the Leeds Rhinos, Rob Burrow, was diagnosed with the disease in 2019, Sinfield has led initiatives that have raised more than 10 million pounds sterling (13.4 million dollars) to fund research and raise awareness of MND. Burrow passed away at 41 years old last June due to complications from the disease.
