England Implements Fun Punishments in the Locker Room: TikTok as a Penalty!

The English rugby team, currently on a winning streak with ten consecutive victories, including their upcoming match with Argentina, has implemented a peculiar system of punishments to maintain discipline within the team. Winger Elliot Daly, who is returning to the team after an injury, revealed that the sanctions include being forced to do TikTok dances. Players who break the rules and accumulate fines must record a video of themselves dancing in the style of popular social media clips, although they do not necessarily have to post it online. After the 33-19 victory over New Zealand, Tommy Freeman, Fin Smith, Henry Pollock, and Freddie Steward posted a TikTok video showing a choreography. The video, titled “post game feels” and with Irish dance music, has accumulated around seven million views. Henry Slade commented that they spent 45 minutes rehearsing the dance in the hotel.

There are some fines that result in TikTok dances. If you do something wrong, you make a TikTok video. Although it doesn’t have to be posted on TikTok.

Steve Borthwick mentioned: “There has been a lot of laughter, a lot of very bad dancing, I think that’s one of the best.” “I was asked to make a special appearance in someone else’s TikTok dance, so I had a very limited role in one. The team saw it and that was as far as it went!”
