The talented winger Henry Arundell has been called up again to the England team, generating great expectation among rugby fans. Arundell, who recently finished his stint in the Top 14 with Racing 92, joins England’s training squad for the upcoming summer international matches. Despite the RFU’s policy of not selecting players who play abroad, Arundell’s situation is particular. His time at Racing 92 has concluded and he has signed a contract with Bath for the 2025-26 season. With 22 years old, Arundell is available again for the English selection, and Steve Borthwick has not hesitated to call him up. The player already has 10 caps and seven tries for England, including five scores against Chile in the 2023 Rugby World Cup. Arundell, who came through the ranks at London Irish, joined Racing 92 in 2023 following the club’s administration. After two seasons in the Top 14, he is now joining the Gallagher Premiership finalists for the upcoming season. Arundell will join the training group before the match against France XV on June 21. Subsequently, England will travel to Argentina for two tests and will face the United States in Washington D.C.
