Maple Leafs Send Ryan Reaves to the Sharks

Toronto Maple Leafs finalized a trade by sending forward Ryan Reaves to the San Jose Sharks this Thursday. In return, the Maple Leafs receive defenseman Henry Thrun.

Reaves, known for his physical play, accumulated two assists and 28 penalty minutes in 35 games last season. He also recorded an assist in three games in the American Hockey League.

Throughout his career, the experienced player has participated in 912 regular season games, accumulating 63 goals, 74 assists, and 1,100 penalty minutes. Reaves has played for teams such as St. Louis, Pittsburgh, Vegas, the New York Rangers, Minnesota, and Toronto. In addition, he has 113 playoff games in his career.

On the other hand, Thrun, 24, contributed two goals and 10 assists in 62 games with the Sharks last season. In total, he has five goals and 20 assists in 119 NHL games, all with San Jose.
