Fred Warner Secures His Future with the 49ers with a Million-Dollar Extension

The prominent linebacker Fred Warner and the San Francisco 49ers have reached an agreement to extend his contract for three years, thus ensuring the continuity of the key player in the team.

The new contract, which amounts to $63 million dollars, includes an impressive sum of over $56 million guaranteed, according to sources close to the negotiation.

This agreement places Warner at the top of the highest-paid linebackers in the NFL. It’s the second time in his seven-year professional career that Warner has reached this position, solidifying his value and performance in the league.

This extension adds to a productive offseason for the 49ers, who previously agreed to extensions with starting quarterback Brock Purdy and tight end George Kittle.
