Buccaneers Secure Luke Goedeke with Million-Dollar Extension
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and right tackle Luke Goedeke have agreed to a four-year, $90 million extension, including $50 million guaranteed, according to sources.
Goedeke, selected in the second round of the 2022 draft by the Buccaneers, was scheduled to become a free agent after this season.
The 26-year-old player has participated in 41 games with the Buccaneers during his three seasons, starting in 31 of them.
In addition, Goedeke has been a starter in the four playoff games in which he has participated with Tampa Bay.
The franchise had already extended the contract of left tackle Tristan Wirfs last year, thus securing its two starting offensive tackles under contract until the 2029 season.
