Suns Draft Fleming in Round 2 of NBA Draft: Promising Reinforcement

The Phoenix Suns began the second round of the 2025 NBA draft by selecting Rasheer Fleming, after agreeing to acquire the pick previously on Thursday from the Minnesota Timberwolves.The Timberwolves kept the number 31 pick, which Phoenix agreed to acquire in exchange for the number 36 pick and two future second-round picks, according to sources.Fleming, a forward from Saint Joseph’s, averaged 14.7 points, 8.5 rebounds, and 1.5 blocks last season, ranking in the top four in the Atlantic 10 in rebounds and blocks.The draft continued at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, although a much smaller portion was used than in the first round on Wednesday.
