SANTIAGO – Los Metros de Santiago achieved a crucial victory over the Soles del Este with a final score of 101-95, extending their undefeated streak in the exciting competition of the LNB Super League. The match, full of intensity, took place in the Oscar Gobaira Arena. With this triumph, the Metros consolidate their position with a 2-0 record at the start of the 2026 season, while the Soles del Este experienced their first defeat of the tournament. Jordan Hall led the Metros’ offense with an outstanding performance of 22 points. Anthony Fairley contributed 21 units. Troy Cracknell added 16 points, including four three-pointers, and Jordan Gerónimo contributed 14 points. During halftime, the Metros paid tribute to Manuel Guzmán, who announced his retirement after 22 years of experience in Dominican basketball.
