Street Football 3×3: The National Police brings sports to the neighborhoods of the National District

Santo Domingo.- The National Police has launched a pilot project that seeks to bring 3×3 Street Football to the neighborhoods of the National District. The initiative, which began in the Capotillo sector, aims to bring the sport closer to communities, especially those located on the banks of the Ozama and Isabela rivers. The project, led by Major General Ramón Antonio Guzmán Peralta, Director General of the National Police, focuses on areas where sports infrastructure is limited. It is expected that in the coming days it will expand to other vulnerable sectors such as Simón Bolívar, Gualey and Las Cañitas.

This type of football is ideal for communities where large sports spaces do not exist.
