MLB Announces 2025 Postseason Schedule

The Major League Baseball (MLB) has unveiled the official schedule for the exciting 2025 postseason. Baseball fans can mark their calendars, as the action will begin on Tuesday, September 30th with the Wild Card Series and will culminate, if necessary, on Saturday, November 1st with a potential seventh game of the World Series. The path to the championship will include the Wild Card Series, followed by the Divisional Series, the Championship Series, and finally, the prestigious Fall Classic.

The detailed 2025 postseason schedule is as follows:

  • Wild Card Series (AL/NL): From Tuesday, September 30 to Thursday, October 2, 2025.
  • Division Series (AL/NL): From Saturday, October 4 to Saturday, October 11, 2025.
  • AL Championship Series: From Sunday, October 12 to Monday, October 20, 2025.
  • NL Championship Series: From Monday, October 13 to Tuesday, October 21, 2025.
  • World Series: From Friday, October 24 to Saturday, November 1, 2025.
The World Series will be played at the stadium of the team with the best regular season record between the league champions. Television coverage in the United States will be handled by different networks. FOX and FOX Deportes will have exclusive coverage of the World Series, with rest days scheduled for October 26 and 30. ESPN Deportes, Univisión and Univisión Radio will broadcast in Spanish for the U.S. and Latin America. The event will be broadcast in 203 countries and 16 languages thanks to 44 media partners.
