The Dominican Republic concluded its participation in the XX Bolivarian Games Ayacucho-Lima 2025 with a positive balance, obtaining a total of 74 medals. The performance of the Dominican delegation, which competed in the multi-sport event, resulted in 12 gold medals, 17 silver medals, and 45 bronze medals. This result earned them seventh place in the overall medal standings. The Dominican representation, composed of 222 athletes in 33 disciplines, exceeded expectations despite having a smaller delegation compared to the Valledupar 2022 edition.
