Santo Domingo. The arrival of the young Dominican baseball players at the Las Américas International Airport (AILA) turned into an emotional celebration, marked by applause, flags, and tears of joy. The athletes, after winning the championship at the Cartagena Baseball Festival 2025, in the 7/8 years old (8U) and 11/12 years old (12U) categories, were received with national pride.From early on, family members, sports leaders, and representatives of Pony Dominicana Baseball gathered at the airport to welcome the champions, who were returning from Colombia with the crown in both categories.
