Evidence evaluation

The magistrates of the Second Collegiate Court will be responsible for thoroughly analyzing the evidence incorporated into the case file. After hearing the arguments from both the defense and the plaintiff, the court must issue a decision based on the evidentiary elements presented during the trial.

It is worth remembering that this case has been under constant monitoring by the justice system, which previously ratified the coercive measure of pretrial detention against Jiménez Gálvan, thus ensuring his presence at this fundamental stage of the criminal process.
