A diagnosis that moves

The little one, born in May, has been dealing with serious medical complications. Before the race at the Charlotte circuit, the couple shared details about the baby’s condition, which included a tumor in the chest affecting his heart. Denny Hamlin, co-owner of Reddick’s car, expressed the support of 23XI Racing, Reddick’s team, and its commitment to providing the best care for the driver’s son. Hamlin highlighted the family’s relief in knowing the path forward, and the admiration for Reddick’s strength. Reddick thanked for the support received and reflected on the emotional impact on his family. “Countless people have helped,” Reddick said. “Countless people have reached out, provided support, whatever. It’s been really eye-opening. I agree with my wife, this is the hardest thing I’ve had to go through. Certainly, being out [last week] wasn’t ideal.”
