UFC middleweight fighter Sedriques Dumas was arrested on Monday in Florida and faces multiple felony charges, including assault and robbery.

Dumas, 29, was booked into the Escambia County Jail on Monday and is being held on a $558,500 bond. Online records indicate that Dumas has been charged with burglary, assault, possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon, and drug possession.

This arrest comes less than three weeks after Dumas suffered a first-round knockout loss at UFC 314 in Miami.

An initial court date has been scheduled for May 6 for the five criminal charges.

Since signing with the UFC in 2022, following his participation in Dana White’s Contender Series, Dumas has a record of 3-3. This is the second time in 14 months that he has faced legal issues. In February 2024, he was arrested in Escambia County after a verbal altercation with the police, who confronted him following an alleged disturbance of the peace.
