Becky Morgan Leads U.S. Senior Women’s Open

Welsh golfer Becky Morgan positioned herself at the top of the U.S. Senior Women’s Open after a remarkable second round. Morgan completed the course with a score of 68 strokes, five under par, demonstrating her excellent performance on the course. The leader of the first round, Annika Sorenstam, experienced a less favorable day, finishing with 78 strokes and remaining six strokes behind the leader. Morgan, who is participating in this event for the first time after turning 50 last September, commented on his experience in the tournament:

“I like the course. It’s quite tricky. You really have to hit the fairways, get the ball in the right part of the greens, and today my putter worked, so it was good”.
