Piastri Dominates Final Practice for the Spanish Grand Prix

Oscar Piastri, McLaren driver, stood out from his competitors in the last free practice session of the Spanish Grand Prix, consolidating an impressive triple of best times for McLaren before qualifying.

Piastri, who also led FP2, beat his teammate Lando Norris by half a second, setting a time of 1:12.387 on Saturday. Norris had a wide exit on his fastest lap.

Charles Leclerc positioned himself in third place, although seven tenths of a second behind the leader, closely followed by George Russell. Lewis Hamilton, in the other Ferrari, placed ninth and reported problems with the gear change towards the end of the session.

Oscar Piastri set the pace for McLaren in the third and final practice of the Spanish Grand Prix.
