The driver added that Mercedes is now at the same level as McLaren and Red Bull, while Ferrari is in a less favorable position. Last year, Ferrari competed with McLaren until the last race, where Lando Norris’s victory was enough for McLaren to take the constructors’ championship. This season, Ferrari hasn’t matched McLaren’s pace, and the British team already secured the championship with six races remaining.
