Frank Warren: Dubois Must Develop Usyk’s Mentality

Promoter Frank Warren has expressed his opinion on Daniel Dubois’ defeat to Oleksandr Usyk, highlighting the need for Dubois to develop a mentality similar to that of the Ukrainian champion. Dubois suffered a technical knockout defeat in the fifth round, after being knocked down by a powerful right hand and subsequently by a left hand that sent him to the canvas. Usyk, after this victory, consolidated as undisputed champion for the third time, while Dubois suffered his third knockout loss in his career, the second at the hands of Usyk. Warren emphasized the importance of Dubois, 27, learning from this defeat and strengthening his mentality.

Usyk has an incredible mental attitude. That’s what makes him who he is, and that’s what Daniel must learn from this fight, to try to develop the mental attitude that Usyk has.
